There was a bit of confusion when we arrived and it took talking to all 5 therapists present to explain the treatments we had booked and try and get them organised. I had booked 2 x file and polish; 1 for fingers and 1 for toes and I was informed that the pre-booked polish treatments would only last a day. I said that I found this very disappointing as I normally use a more local salon where the same price treatment lasts for at least a few weeks. I was offered a discounted price to upgrade to shellac, that would last 3 weeks, so went for this option.
