Busy atmosphere and felt rushed. Staff not talkative and removal of gel nails was more painful than I have had elsewhere.

Facial was lovely but ambience was poor. The full room lights were on, relaxing music was played from YouTube with ads playing, a staff member came into the room half way through, I was left with the face mask on in the room where it was quite cold.
