Didn’t get all the hairs out, it hurt and instead of pulling the hair out, she was pulling in the wrong direction and they were just breaking. Then she insisted on doing hot wax to finish the hard bits - I finally gave in and allowed it, and yet I am still not properly waxed. I’ve had wax/sugaring before and have never had this problem before. They were a bit more expensive but so much more worth it then this waste of money,

An average experience. Salon lacks atmosphere
Wax was far too hot and caused a rash. Wax was of a poor quality compared to other salons I have visited.
Treatment room was cold ( no heating) and lacked ambience.
The ceiling had exposed wiring coming from it and unsightly damp patches.
