Normally leave with great eyebrows. Different therapist today. Ripped my skin off entirely around my left eyebrow with 2 days to go until Christmas. Never ever going back, totally devastated

the receptionist asking the lady if she can do my treatment quickly. I arrived on time. I felt hot wax on my legs and got surprised, i told her it was very hot and I booked for sugaring. They did it differently. The sugar was supposed to be not that hot and on their hands not applied like wax. Second she was pulling the hair against the hair growth which defeats the concept of sugaring, where it’s supposed to be pulled to get the roots. I told her that but she couldn’t understand me.
