The italian girl did her work well, but I stayed 30 min waiting. She was not caring about if it was painful or not. The recepcionist was not friendly. I do not recommend this place.

I went in for a Hot Wax Hollywood waxing, and was told after I had prepped myself that the offer wasn't available for Hot Wax, only Strip Wax. This was not mentioned on the offer, and comments below had lead me to believe that Hot Wax was available. I can only use Hot Wax and wouldn't have made the booking otherwise! Nevertheless the lady said it wasn't my fault, and I could still get a Hot Wax at no extra cost which was good, even when I offered to pay the 5 pound difference. She was very nice and very polite. The therapist who attended to me was very thorough and gentle and I experienced hardly any pain at all. I was very satisfied with the results and booked in a further three Hollywood waxes at a discounted price. The shop is a little difficult to find, but it is past Primark and above Toppers haircuts. Only a minute from TCR station (come out the North Side Oxford St exit). The beauty room itself was a decent size, clean and bright.

Friendly staff but terrible wax! It took about 30mins (long!) and was painful. I don't think I'll come here again. That said, it was probably worth the £15 I paid.

Nice warm room , friendly staff . slightly difficult to find but if you remember to look for a barbers it is quite easy. Good wax and pain free . Will be coming back.

Great quick and very professional treatment. The therapist was very friendly and offered me a free eyebrow threading as it was my first treatment. I also bought 4 Brazilian waxes (hot wax) for £60 to book as and when- great value and each includes a free eyebrow threading. Definitely recommended!
