The hot wax Hollywood was brilliant as it was less painful than a strip wax and it left amazing results. The therapist was very friendly and made me feel at ease. As I had used a voucher offer, the therapist threw in a free eyebrow shape which was great. Fully recommend!
Really good value for money particularly for such a central London location and very close to Tottenham Court Road tube station so easily accessible. Friendly and efficient staff would recommend.

The ambiance is not very warm but the therapist was well on time and quick. She did the waxing job properly. The room was very clean (unlike the entrance on Oxford street).
With the voucher, it's a very good value for the job.
