excellent!! it's not a relaxing and posh spa type get-up, so if you want whale music and candles, go elsewhere. if like me however you're just looking for a quick, efficient and thorough wax and this is a good location for you, it is IDEAL. I had a brazilian and my 'waxer' was just the right amount of friendly - I never want someone to be too chatty or overly chummy with me - that can get a bit embarrassing when your legs are around your ears - but she was discreet, professional and very thorough. will definitely go back.

I didn't receive a very warm welcome when i entered, and the treatment was quite painful and i wasn't offered any soothing lotion afterwards. i still visit the salon due to the value for money but the staff aren't as friendly as i've had before
