So the ambience of the place is quite dire. Which doesn't usually bother me as I understand we are getting a pretty good deal. However the receptionist (who was also the therapist) had the enthusiasm of a chair. She's not horrid, you can just see she doesn't really enjoy her job. That again, doesn't bother me too much. The problem however is when I got home. The waxing itself was fine but when I got home (I asked for a Hollywood) whole sections of hair are still there - but just shortened. The white hot wax they used had too weak a grip on the hairs or perhaps she was too liberal with the talcum powder that it ripped/shortened the hairs but did not pull the hair out from the roots. On top of that, there were still little chunks of wax stuck to the skin in 3 different places. I'm not too bothered about the atmosphere of the venue or the service but if the waxing itself wasn't done properly then what's the point?

Nice central location! Very simple salon with all the basics you need in order to carry out the service.
I wouldn't rate the ambiance and decor any higher than 1 out of 10!

Wax was quick, and staff were extremely friendly and kind. There were some hairs left but was otherwise brilliant! I arrived early but still got the wax early which was an added plus.
