Convenient location to go to and open til late. However staff come across disinterested and disorganised. That being said the waxing was very good and the facilities were clean.

As ever, this place is fantastic. I had made an error with booking and it was easily resolved, no issues. The lady was a pro at threading, no complaints and very quick and efficient. I love the location as it is right near my partner's workplace. Fab.

I saw Raman who was possibly the best waxing lady I have come across to date in London. Quick and efficient, she managed to do my hollywood and full legs in under 45 minutes and did an excellent job. They use tea tree wax and tea tree oil as an after wax treatment, which is great - the waxing is pretty close to being painless and tea tree is very good for your skin. I was very pleased with the services I received.

I got there 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, yet was seen to straight away which was great! It would be nice if the area for the eyebrow treatment was done in an area away from the reception though.
