I'm sorry to say this is possibly the worst salon I have visited in London. I found the venue to be very shabby and the therapy room was untidy, hot and noisy as the windows open right on to Oxford Street - not relaxing at all! The therapist was fast, but she only had strip wax to do hollywood waxing so it was much more painful than I am used to. There was definitely not the care and attention to detail that I have experienced at other salons. I won't be returning here however good the deal may seem.
My 3rd time here, much better this time, think it's definitely to do with the therapist.
She was quick, but thorough, virtually pain free (as pain-free as a hollywood can be..)

I had threading and eyebrow tint, I was extremely satisfied with the threading as the shape was perfect, however the eyebrow tint did not last longer than a week.

They started my appointment a bit late but did apologise. Think the Reception could be a bit more organised - maybe have an extra person who stays on Reception (especially during lunch hours) so there's no confusion as to arrived first, etc. The service itself was fine - the lady who did my wax was lovely, and I'll definitely be going back again.
