It was just okay. My eye brows are uneven. I waited almost 10 minutes past my appointment time. The staff could be more friendly. The threading was almost painless and quick.

This was not my first visit to Singhar West End Beauty Clinic. It is not the most luxurious salon, but it's clean and good value. On this visit, I was very disappointed by the experience. When I booked it, I thought that half an hour was pushing it for full face threading with eyebrows. In the event, the therapist was 10 minutes late and whizzed through the procedure with lightning speed, finishing 5 minutes early. So the half-hour treatment lasted 15 minutes. My eyebrows look terrible. One is larger than the other. I'd been growing them out for weeks, only to find that they've been whisked away. Unevenly.
