The actual treatment was very good, quick and efficient. However the customer service needs addressing. The reception area had no receptionist to welcome customers, and also inform. I arrived with 3 other customers and we had no idea what was going on.

Arrived at the location and there was no receptionist because she is also a beautician and had a client. My appointment was late and when they finally sat me down and waxed my eyebrows, I ended up with wax in my hair and uneven eyebrows. Needless to say, the location and pricing is great but I would have done a better job at home...

Love this venue's location. The therapist was great, funny and made sure it was exact. My eyebrows are always great coming here. I also loved the music playing. It's not the most luxurious place but definitely worth the money. So cheap.

In and out (with chocolates in hand!) in 15 minutes tops. That is with a last minute on-the-bed addition of an underarm wax too. They really get on with the job and chat if you want but leave you to it. No faffing around.
