The staff were generally helpful, there wasn't a lot of ambience though I must say, but on a general level, the service was good and the beautician was friendly and good at the service.

Wasn't very welcoming on arrival and the ambiance was too quiet for a large salon! However my beutitian was lovley, really friendly, talkative and professional. She did a fantastic Hollywood and managed to squeeze me in for eyebrows and top lip too (Also fab!) - Great value too. Great salon for essential waxing, prob not the best for massage, facials etc. would prefer a nicer ambiance.

The venue was a bit strange and run down, but it was clearly very well equipped for a number of different treatments and had plenty of treatment rooms over a couple of floors which was really good. I had Luisa who carried out my wax in next to no time, and the results were very good.
Although the first impressions were a bit off putting, once I was in the treatment room and underway I was pleased, and will definitely be back again.
