The waxing lady was awful. The place was okay but very very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even for the price.
When I kindly said no thank you for a buy 3 services and pay today for everythingn and get one free. The lady was extremely rude and practically through the receipt at me and turned away.

It is a very convenient location, nothing fancy but I go there for the threading. The beauticians are very efficient, in and out in 10/15 minutes, job done!

This was the worst experience I have ever had! I walked in and tried to speak to the lady at the desk to check in for my booked appointment. There was a major language barrier ( I speak English as my first language - my parents are non English speakers but if I going for a treatment where I need to explain any skin allergies or be told of any reactions that can occur some level of the language is needed ). I was met by the therapist who would be doing my treatment (waxing), again massive language barrier. I found out the therapist had only been in the country for 2 days and has no experience learning English! Next we had to go on a tour of the place just to find an empty room! A therapist emerged from one room looking like she had taken a nap in there! On to the wax, I asked if it was hot wax or strip to which I was told that all wax is hot just not burning! I explained I am a trained therapist my self and showed how to use the two different wax! She has never been taught Hot Wax!!!! I was off on Holiday and needed my 'area' waxed so went through with the botched and painful wax. Terrible experience.
I went yesterday for a Brazilian wax for third time and this one without appointment. I tried to make it by phone but in spite of trying during two hours the call did not go through, (same last time). So I just walked in hoping be lucky. On arrival there was one lady behind the desk taking a payment so I waited to be assisted behind the lady paying. One beautician passed by my side and raised an eyebrow to acknowledge my presence then she went to the end of the room to chat with another colleague.I have to say I was not surprised because my two previous experiences in this place the greeting was very similar. Luckily, the lady behind the counter as soon as she finished took me in for my treatment. The waxing was ok, I have had them less painful and professional. The beautician did not engage in conversation at all, and taking into account that they do not use disposable panties it either the situation was awkward and uncomfortable. When she was done thankfully pretty quick she remained in the room and started to change the bed paper, emptying bins,etc. Was she in such a hurry that could not wait for me to leave? I had also to ask for a tissue to remove rest of wax from my thighs.
Overall, this place has such a poor costumer service and the ambience is discouraging. I will happily pay more somewhere else but after 3 times I had enough of Singhar.

Very nice staff. The service is really professional and serious. The ambience is really clean. I would suggest this place to other people.
