I had a Hollywood wax here. It was my first wax down below. I was a bit scared so did a bit of research to ensure I was going to a good place. I am glad i chose this place. I was running late by 10 minutes but the staff were nothing but friendly. I was taken into a room by a lady and asked to undress and lye on the bed. The lady and I had a bit of a language barrier but she made her best to make me feel comfortable by asking if i was OK throughout and telling me there wasn't much to go and also telling me how strong I was which was great because I was feeling pretty scared and it was nice to know she sympathized with me! She was very reassuring! The rooms are upstairs out of the way and quite dark as the blinds are pulled but this is exactly what I wanted, as i felt calm and comfortable. I am looking forward to going back for my next one this week. Her name was Louisa and I highly recommend her!
this was a great voucher to get - the venue is easy to access and very clean, its amazing value and the therapists very professional.

Second time I've been here and I would recommend it. The waxing results were far better than some more expensive places I've been to in London. The salon itself is a bit mediocre but as the treatment is such a bargain I really would not complain.
