They took me before my appointment which was really awesome. The process itself was very quick and almost painless. The receptionist did seem a little overwhelmed at first when there were only 3 people in the waiting room. Maybe they were understaffed. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.

I arrived early, and they saw me straight away. Not the most glamorous salon, but they do the job pretty well, and for £10 I cannot complain. Very close to my work too. Will definitely be coming back.
