I was seen to fairly quickly, but when I followed the beautician into the room as asked to do, she began preparing and heating the wax, and I had to stand and wait around until she was done and until she left in order to undress. I would have preferred if she prepared the wax beforehand and then collected me from the waiting room. The waxing procedure itself was good - the beautician was very thorough. However, having a pillow to rest my head on might have been a bit more comfortable. The beautician was polite and seemed very nice.

The place itself looks fairly run down but full leg and Hollywood wax were great, quick and really well done.
