The girl was lovely and did a good job, but I was left with small patches of hair, which to be honest always happens and it's a bit frustrating given how much a hot wax treatment costs!

Most painful wax I have ever had with zero care shown or skilled technique used. The therapist's personal grooming was ghastly - unwashed and unkempt hair that actively smelled. Manicure was better but bubbles appeared as they dried which meant I got home and removed the varnish and redid them myself. Unfriendly staff, miserable looking therapists with no client care shown at all.

I had waxing down by Louisa and she was great! Quick and pain free and location is easy access from station. Definitely recommend
