Very happy with the overall end look. I was meant to have the appointment on a weekday, however when i turned up, i was sent away as I had not had a patch test with them. This was a little frustrating as I had to come back on the weekend which is not convenient location wise, and would have appreciated some warning about this requirement - a follow-up phonecall after booking perhaps. A bit disappointed there wasn't more of a consultation regarding a suitable shape or colour for my face/skintone as I believe this is meant to be part of the service. Nonetheless, the staff were accommodating on the day, the treatment was quick and i walked away satisfied.

They rescheduled my appointment and then cancelled 4 hours before. I called them and ask for a refund and suddenly someone became available and they could do my treatment.
Staff was very nice when I arrived and the services was ok (not sure if the bandages were clean after every use though)

The venue is not the best ever but this salon has definitely become the one as the quality of the wax is excellent and my hair is growing much slower now. Quick and efficient service.
