Not great - lots of hairs still left after the wax. I asked for the hot wax option but she used strip wax in several areas which didn't remove all the hair. When I pointed out there were still some left, she said they were too short to remove with strip wax. Which was exactly why I'd asked for hot wax in the first place - and many of them were longer anyway. I've had much better elsewhere
