I had a differently lady than last and I wish I got her name, because she was not thorough with her Hollywood wax. I even had to ask her to give me tweezers as there were still obvious stray hairs in the front of my pelvis in which all other beauticians have always tweezed for me. Pretty disappointed with the service.
