Extremely undelightful receptionist has no idea what customer service is and will treat you like you worth nothing. The waxer was nice but the quality of the hot wax itself was the worst I’ve seen in my life. Not only painful but most my hair was not removed at all, it just got extremely short since it was only cut off not waxed.
