I had a awful experience with the eyebrow/face technician... I went in for a tint, I asked her for a shade darker and she ended up giving me exactly what I came with... when I pointed that to her, she gave me a terrible attitude and dismissed me by actually turning her back to me. I’ve never been treated this way before by a technician (the fact that the treatment was prepaid didn’t help for sure). The waxing was acceptable. I have been using Treatwell in London for 3 years now and this has never happened before, careful to anyone that wants to go for a tint with this technician.
