Staff were very friendly but the massage was not very good. It was super light as though I wasn’t getting one at all. I asked for extra pressure but she only applied it for a moment and went back to a light massage. Not worth the money specially if you want to get a proper massage. The entrance smelt like cigarette smoke.

Therapist was lovely, and gentle when I told her my skin was sensitive. Place could be cleaner but nothing off putting. As with all treatments really depends on the therapist you get on the day!
