I had a back exfoliation treatment on 18 March 2014 that consisted of a cleansing back scrub and moisturization, no extraction of black heads from beneath the skin’s surface or purifying mask. This is not my idea of a back exfoliation and I told the therapist so, I was very disappointed with my treatment, definitely a thumbs down on this occasion. I cannot fault cleanliness and ambience and the therapist was attentive enough though so it's a shame.

My shellac manicure lasted just over 2 weeks, considering what I do that's brilliant. The lady who did my nails was polite and talkative. It did not take her long to do my nails even though I had a French manicure. Overall the experience was a good one, i would go back again.

treatment was overall good, and when I asked the therapist to concentrate on a specific area she was happy to do so. There was a whiff of cigarette smoke which unfortunately made the treatment room not smell very nice. I was meant to go one week earlier as the massage was promoted on Treatwell as last minute availability but it turned out no therapist was available, which was disappointing.
