Cosmina was so nice. It was my first time waxing, so I was a bit nervous but she made me feel comfortable and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Definitely not happy with the fact I booked and paid for hot wax Brazilian wax and the lady used strip wax between between my buttocks, not only painful (usually with hot wax there's no pain at all) but also pulled my skin and bled.
I pointed it out to her right after and she said sometimes customers don't like to wait for the hot wax to dry?? I certainly wouldn't have minded waiting since I had already waited for 20 mins from my appointment time.
It was overall the worst waxing experience I had as it felt rushed and it was very painful. Maybe I was unlucky with the beautician as I read good reviews about this place.
I will stick with my usual spot in Finsbury Park.

I arrived on time for my appt. However, the therapist was late so I ended up waiting around 30 minutes for my treatment. The threading in itself was great - my eyebrows were perfect afterwards. Will definitely go back.
