I was shocked that the receptionist was not open and transparent about my extended wait. I was booked in for half six got there at quarter past 6 and had my wax at 7.15 - âsheâll only be 5 minutesâ Not bothered about that too much but the way she spoke to Duxa was appalling. Does any client need to hear âcan you hurry up?â Plus I was not offered a discount for the extended wait! Surely that should be a given. Can I have a voucher for a discounted treatment please?
