I’ve been to this salon before and never had a issue, unlike my previous visit the service was poor, the therapist wasn’t welcoming (ok I know I was running late due to traffic but I called and informed the salon) I paid for two hot wax services received only one and she did strip wax not hot wax but thing must disappointing was she used the same stick the whole time. Double dipping is so unhygienic. For this I won’t return.
