I prepaid. Came in for my appoint but the âbeauticianâ hadnât arrived yet. After waiting for a while, she comes in. I noticed they were going to do a strip wax on me, but I had already paid for a hot wax which is also more.
When I mentioned this, they said this wasnât possible. So I decided to leave. As soon as this happens they said they could do it but it would take at least 45 mins.Why? Because the hot wax was just getting melted!
I decided to leave but they REFUSED to give me my money back.
