I've been here many times & I've had amazing head massages. This time I had one with Mollie and most of the massage involved brushing my hair and putting an excessive amount of oil on my hair. Didn't seem she was trained to do a head massage. Extreme

The room was far too cold, set at 17 degrees
So I was cold throughout my massage which was really disappointing. Also the appointment started 20 minutes late.
