The 30 min massage was not enough for me. It didn't get to the areas that I needed it for. I walked away still with the same issues that I went there with. I woke up the next day with the same pains that I had before. I'm guessing That the massage was just a teasers for people who don't have much issues. I don't think I will be coming back again.
