Really poor experience, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. The therapist was over 25mins late. After 25mins the manager got involved, apologised and offered a discount on a future booking. Once it began, the massage was interrupted throughout multiple times by her phone going off and her checking it. The actual massage felt mostly like she was scrubbing oil into my hair rather than massaging my scalp. I refused the discount because I will definitely not go back

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment.
I have had Sharlyne before, so feel she now kniqs where those extra knots are (lol).
She welcomed me and made me feel at ease...she is caring and a pleasure to be around. She is professional and will most definitely be asking for her again!!!

S. Spa is a hidden gem in Streatham. The setting is lovely and tranquile and the staff very professional. My eyebrow and lash tint was carried out excellently and Ayisha made me feel very relaxed.
