Really poor experience, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. The therapist was over 25mins late. After 25mins the manager got involved, apologised and offered a discount on a future booking. Once it began, the massage was interrupted throughout multiple times by her phone going off and her checking it. The actual massage felt mostly like she was scrubbing oil into my hair rather than massaging my scalp. I refused the discount because I will definitely not go back
