Not the best atmosphere. Staff seemed frustrated and were discussing bookings and issues with the system. Discussing work related issues should be done in private far away from customers.
Masseuse seemed stressed out and again she is human but if you are stressed and come for a massage to relax having a stressed out masseuse doesn’t help you relax. She was polite basic pleasantries but didn’t ask me about pressure. I have attended this spa several times in the past so this was disappointing.
