I had a lovely time, the staff were very welcoming and great fun. Technically I have had cleaner, more polished manicures, I was a little disappointed by the standard of my nails. Also - feedback - I found it quite tricky to find a colour when it’s quite dark in the room so not quite sure what the shade will be in natural light. Though that being said the staff were incredibly lovely.

This was such a bad wax! My lady didn’t know what she was doing as was very new and as she couldn’t speak English she couldn’t ask for help. I was told to leave HALF WAXED and to come back another day and have her manager finish the job. I was left with a half done Brazilian and had to shave the rest myself as this wax was time dependent. I have never had an experience quite like this, it would have been funny if it wasn’t so frustratingly inconvenient
