Anne had quite a task getting the previous polish off my nails, which was not her fault in the slightest. It was rock solid. It ended up taking about an hour!! I was happy with her dedicated attitude. However, after that I ended up with four paper cuts from the emery board she used, which I think showed that she was getting quite stressed at that point. I completely empathise but my fingers did hurt and bleed for a while.

Another great treatment at S Spa! The mini spa day is such great value. Shakira gave an expert massage and talked me through everything she was doing during the facial. Really enjoyed - will be back again!
