This is an infrared sauna not a traditional wet/steamy sauna - which is now called a steam room due to new technology. The infrared sauna was good, I did have to ask for it to be made hotter as it was just comfortably warm and not really making me sweat. There was a radio/music box inside but I wasn’t shown how to use it (would have been nice, but not essential). The biggest challenge was not being offered a shower afterwards. Not sure how you can be expected to just get dressed and leave.
