I had a gel manicure with Shakira. I can’t fault shakira at all. She was friendly, welcoming and gave me a little tour of the spa. The only downsides were, they only have one gel lamp and another colleague had taken it out the salon, I assume for another client. This meant Shakira had to stall a bit until it was brought back.
Disappointingly, the day after my gel manicure, two of my nails have chipped already. I would have gone back in to have them fixed but I was going on holiday the day after

As I arrived the receptionist was friendly and hospitable and made me feel welcome. My masseuse delivered enjoyable and professional experience and was attentive to my comfort. The nail technician paid attention to detail and was very friendly. This was topped off with a surprise glass of champagne as it was my birthday so all round it was a great morning which I spent there
