It was so lovely. Shakira was lovely it was all lovely.
Only thing was my therapist didn’t wear a mask during the treatment and I felt bit conscious of that when extractions were being done as it’s quite up close and personal. My therapist said she had asthma so she wasn’t able to wear a mask.
I didn’t kick up a fuss but if you are sensitive, I would try to request someone who is able to wear a mask if doing a facial up close treatment as it’s no longer a requirement.

I was really impressed by the spa. I was super welcomed in the reception when I did not have an appointment they offered me one straight away - they made all the efforts to be able to offer me a time. Charleynne was really professional and the waxing was super well done. The space is calm and relaxing and the atmosphere makes you feel that you are in a proper spa. I will definitely become a customer! Thank you!

Amazing massage from Kayley who respected my wishes for a firm deep tissue massage and continued to ask if the pressure was okay and if I was happy with the massage. Extremely professional service and it’s obvious that all staff members are well trained and knowledgeable. The receptionist was also lovely and was happy to provide a personalised service. Overall, the experience was exactly what I needed and I’ll most definitely be returning soon.
