The manager scolded the therapist at the till, which was awkward. She had ‘missed’ a meeting and the manager spoke in a very rude way to her therapist. In front of me, while paying.
I then went upstairs to leave and was stuck at the door, no one came for good few minutes and I had to go back down stairs (it’s below the chemist) to ask to be let out? No apologies were made by manager. Won’t be coming back. Arrogance and wellness don’t blend!

The staff are so friendly and attentive, you are made to feel welcome from the minute. The treatment was exactly what I needed, I came away feeling better straight away. I have felt the benefit so much I have booked a course of treatment!
