I’ve been using the infra-red sauna over the past couple of months and look forward to having weekly sessions. It was definitely a wise choice for me to book the block of 12 sessions for a discounted price.
The atmosphere at S.Spa is peaceful and relaxing and the reception staff are very welcoming and attentive. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem!

For my earth day I thought to do something different and look after myself. After contacting the so the lovely receptionist Annie’s helped to put together a great package of treatments to make my day special. I had some good reminders and had a great time there from start to finish. The therapist, Kayley, was outstanding. All instructions were clear and she was not only very good and knowledgeable, she made sure I was ok and fully informed. I do recommend
