I booked my first ever facial and wasn't sure what to expect, but I had a lovely experience! The venue is in the basement of the pharmacy which confused me at first, but it's actually quite nice going downstairs and not being able to see or hear the noisy main road. The spa is decorated beautifully, and the staff are all warm and lovely. They offered complimentary herbal water and guided me through the whole process. The facial itself was also incredible - I'll definitely be going back!
