I thought it was both.
My last couple of treatments were good, but finished early!

Every time I attended the spa for my deep tissue massage and scrub. I enjoyed it a great deal and feel really fresh and really good n well. I get a session of these each week and I feel amazing. Kayley is so attentive, so caring and her expertise is really top. I cannot praise her enough. My aches and pains are gone. I felt so pampered also. I recommend Kayley to anyone. It is so value for money, wonderful wonderful treatments,

Laura uses a technique that I have experienced the first time and she is specialist in facial massage and is trained particularly therefore uses her techniques that cover deep tissues of the face. I felt really good afterwards. Laura works with her heart and sole and passion, Every time I attend Sspa, I feel pampered. My sagging cheeks looked really good. I will continue to improve my facial tissues appearance. Sspa truely value for money and I cannot recommend enough.
