My first time here. I arrived very very early for my appointment as the errands I did before were taken care of quicker than I thought. I was warmly greeted and able to stay in the waiting room with a lovely cup of tea. They didn't rush the previous client and gave everyone their allotted time.
Charlene was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease for my first time in a new place for my waxing.
I do plan on returning again and enjoying one of their spa experiences.

I am a regular customer... all the ladies are great, Shakira is attentive and caring, she knows my body and works out any knots, and the atmosphere is very calming with meditative music playing.
I have a hot stone massage and have double booked next visit to incorporate a full body
Scrub.
