A local haven of peace and tranquility! The ambiance is calming and soothing! The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive!
Having enjoyed the Swedish massage I decided I needed a deep tissue massage next as I had a few knots to attend to.
I’m part way through a course of sauna and deep tissue massage, which I know is doing me good!
It’s a great find and I’m grateful for its existence!

It was very snug and cozy , they offer you a drink before you start and i got a little cute honey pot with my herbal tea. I went in for a hot stone massage and it was sooo relaxing. Shakira was very thorough and her massage techniques were lovely and she’d talk me through what shes doing - Id definitely go back. I had to treat myself and i’m glad i chose this spa.
