Mariam gave me a great full body deep tissue massage. I’d been a little worried about getting a massage as I had a bit of a shoulder injury but she was a total pro and knew exactly what to do for it, it felt great afterwards as did the rest of me. I’d definitely recommend her.

I had an hour use of the sauna which was great but there wasn't a steam room / steam bath available.
My massage therapist (Maryam) was wonderful - worked out all my knots during a 90 min deep tissue massage.
plenty of water and herbal teas avaiable.
towels robes & slippers available so didn'd need to have bought my own.
All staff were really pleasant.
I'm planning to book another session at end of this month.
