I had a facial at S.Spa London and it was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away, even though it was my first visit. I had a classic facial with Ayshia and she is incredibly talented – truly magical hands. My skin already looks better, especially my hyperpigmentation and acne. I’ll definitely be going back!

I booked over the phone for a treat for my partner and her mother.
They didn’t get everything I was booking.
The facility was in the basement of the building no natural light or Air. The stairs was not safe as hand rails lose. They filled out the paperwork about health and my mother in law has COPD and spent the hole time on her chest as the therapist hadn’t checked the paperwork. The beds were too hard.
The therapist didn’t talk while they done the treatment or explain what they were doing
