I paid 15 pound to have my nails ruined as they did nails polish removal with that electric tool that scratches your nails. Besides, you need to have your eyes on your hand the whole time because the tool can go over your skin and it's not pleasant. She said she soak her nails to remove shellac/gel, why didn't she do it with mine ones too? In my opinion they have to state in the information how removal will be done, so you won't have any surprise.

I was looking for really relaxing massage and this was the one. She put air conditioning on when she started treatment and that’s nice. If someone looks for relaxing massage I will recommend.

The lady was nice but the place is really dirty and the BIaB I had was really poorly done and starting chipping same day. She also tried to sell me colour on top when I wanted natural and you can have natural colour with BIAB. Not recommended
