The lady is very nice but she’s the only one working there doing all the different treatments and maybe shes stretching herself too thin and hasn’t perfected her skills is any given treatment. I can only speak for the BIAB manicure but it was very bad, started coming off in a couple days and ruined my nails. She half took the other gel off and half didn’t before she started reapplying. I think she tried her best but it was just really bad

Avoid.Second time this has happened. Arrived for my appointment + the salon wasn’t even open. I had already paid. Manager Natasha promised a refund, ignored my calls, and kept the money. Disgraceful unprofessional service+ a complete waste of time.
