I arrived on time for my nail appointment and the beautician let me know that she didn’t have time to do my nail as she had two ladies booked for their hair. I asked if she could kindly cancel my appointment so that I could ask for a refund as I couldn’t reschedule another day. I believe that many excuses were brought up for my appointment not to be cancelled. Very unprofessional, I am now waiting for Treatwell to refund my booking.

I had great experience at ryna sensational salon the moment i walked in it felt like luxurious the salon was clean and modern the staff was so professional i was greated by a warm coffee and my treatment was started stairght away the staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable will definetly vist again thank you

The lady is very nice but she’s the only one working there doing all the different treatments and maybe shes stretching herself too thin and hasn’t perfected her skills is any given treatment. I can only speak for the BIAB manicure but it was very bad, started coming off in a couple days and ruined my nails. She half took the other gel off and half didn’t before she started reapplying. I think she tried her best but it was just really bad
