Such a relaxing treatment and Aisha was wonderful - checking in frequently, talking through what would happen when. Great masseuse and I loved all the different ways the cleanser, scrub and mask were applied - dripped from above, dabbed on and applied with a brush. A great sensory journey from start to finish

The technician was kind and lovely, but the service was disappointing. My broken toenail was clearly visible, yet somehow, unfortunately, a drill was still used to remove existing gel, rather than a soak off (having paid extra for removal). Nail glue was then applied to try to mend the nail, but without proper support like gauze or silk (standard practice) causing the nail to split further. Other toes’ cuticles were also damaged due to incorrect drill use under the proximal nail fold.
